Maver Management Group logo is led by John Maver, a former Division President and General Manager with both Procter & Gamble and Clorox, and CEO to several private companies, driving his businesses to record levels. John also has a breadth of successful business acceleration consulting experience across multiple industries where he has honed his skills in a wide variety of industries. He has a demonstrated ability to drive business and profit growth quickly with a track record of putting in place plans and organizations to deliver long term business success.

John has helped his clients get profitable and stay profitable by quickly cutting through complexities to surface the key leverage points. He provides creative translation of best practices from his broad based experience in leading startups through multi-million dollar operations in the US and internationally. He is an effective team builder and developer of business alliances to provide enabling capabilities.

  • In consumer packaged goods, John has led Procter & Gamble's brands to record business levels and strong share gains to market leadership.
  • In healthcare, dynamic new business plans were developed. John started a pharmaceutical business from scratch and has been in the healthcare field for more than 15 years. His experience with both consumers and healthcare professionals enables him to develop plans that have both consumer resonance and professional endorsement.
  • In B-2-B, foodservice and industrial/institutional, John developed the model for extending consumer brand equities to these industries, effecting significant cost reductions for customers and jump started business progress for his businesses.
  • In the semiconductor industry, John has been instrumental in turnarounds from substantial losses to stabilized and consistently profitable businesses. Market capitalization increased to 8 times the going in level.
  • In small business, the translation of Fortune 500 developed plans and programs have doubled the size of several businesses.

He has an MBA in Marketing from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Toronto. He also has postgraduate management courses at the University of Maryland, Miami University (OH) and George Washington University.
